Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations within 48hrs notice will be required to pay a £10 cancellation fee. Any cancellations witin 12-24hrs prior to the booking will be required to pay 50% of the booking cost. Any cancellations with less than 12hrs notice will be required to pay the full amount of the booking cost. Any ‘no shows’ will be required to pay the full booking cost. To rearrange an appointment you must give 72hrs notice. Anything before this time frame will be classed as a cancellation and you will be charged the cancellation fee. For e.g if you are rearranging within the 48hr time frame you will be charged £10. If rearranging within 12-24hrs you will be charged 50% & if rearranging with 12hrs or less notice you will be required to pay the full booking cost. Please come to your appointment with bare nails unless a soak off/infill has been booked. Please note I do not soak off or infill other nail techs work. My policy will be enforced at all times given any circumstances
